Credit Information Bureau India [CIBIL] — About lower cibil score than required for raising loan from financial institution for no fault

On contacting SBI bank for raising loan towards purchase of car, I have been intimated that my application is rejected for want of CIBIL score required for processing the application. It is learnt that there is an outstanding of certain amount against credit card. To the best of my knowledge I didnt have credit card from any financial institution / banks. Therefore the usage of credit card does not arise.Showing outstanding against credit card is absurd. So you are requested to rectify the mistakes committed at your end unknowingly or by oversight at the earliest. I hope you will do the needful action and intimate me about the remedial step taken.
