[Resolved] Credit Information Bureau India [CIBIL] — Credit Card payment Issue | |||||
M an Indian citizen and currently working in Dubai. When I was in India i had Personal loans and Car Loans which I closed effectively from HDFC bank( Personal Loan), Kotak mahindra Bank(Personal Loan) & SBI(Car Loan) paying my full prepayment fee. Was holding a HDFC credit card as well which was due for payment and while in India I was paying all minimum dues.When I wanted to close my outstanding dues, HDFC did not assist and very not ready to do . Hade made so many phone calls mails to HDFC bank(email id for verification-customerservices.[protected]@hdfcbank.com, [protected]@hdfcbank.com, anoop.[protected]@hdfcbank.com). Chased HDFC ample number of times by asking them to take 80, 000 INR and close it but these guys did not turn up. After one year HDFC contacted me in Dubai and started thretening me and were forcing me to pay the money to a personal account in India which was not of HDFC bank and that too adding up more than 200% interest.Help me to get my CIBIL cleared for this case Was this information helpful? | |||||
