[Resolved] Credit Information Bureau India [CIBIL] — Wrong housing loan account appeared in my CIBIL report

A wrong "LIC Housing Finance LTD" housing loan (account number [protected]) was appeared in my CIBIL report during August 2015, i have contacted CIBIL (service request number 4009307) and send various escalation mails to remove the irrelevant loan detail from from report, finally i received a appology mail from CIBIL stating that the LIC HSG loan was wrongly mapped to my account and as per my request they have removed the loan details from my record and sent me a updated CIBIL report without mentioning the LIC HSG loan details. but now while i checking my CIBIL report the same loan (account number [protected]) was again showing in my report and due to this my credit score was very low. so please take necessary actions on this.

Once you have raised the dispute, CIBIL’s Dispute Resolution Team will analyze and route the dispute to the respective Credit institutions for confirmation. Please remember that CIBIL cannot modify any information in the database without confirmation from the relevant Credit Institutions.
