Credit will make big promise to take your money... Will also give in writing that they will get the noc — and one you pay — that's it... They will stop answering your calls and emails.
Don't even think of paying to credit sudhar. They are fraud and will just vanish after they take your money.
I am still fighting my case to get back my money and sent a complaint about them to rbi.

> Initially Ratna tried reaching you on your registered mobile number for counselling sessions, however later she got to know that you are abroad & you would be available either through Skype or emails.
> Post you sharing the CIBIL report with her, she discussed the report with you via email & discussed with you on the impaired accounts & the improvement required for the same.
> Further Email Drafts were shared for your SBI, ICICI & CITI Bank accounts on which the closure was a necessity.
> Closure Amount on Phoenix ARC CC account & Indusind CC account were shared with you. Out of these accounts, you have confirmed that you have initiated the closure towards your Phoenix ARC CC account.
> Further our resolution department assisted you with closure quotations on your HSBC & CITI Bank CC accounts as well.
On several counts, Ratna tried reaching you out to confirm if you have initiated or decided to close the issue based accounts for which you have received the closure.
Similarly assistance with ref. to the new trade lines was difficult, since you were abroad & for the same your presence in India was required.
However, for further assistance we can definitely extend our services for the period of 60 days & will be pleased to service you further.
