Crizal — Request as well complaint against defective lenses from titan & Crizal | |||
Respected Sir/Madam, I Onal koli have purchased a frame & lenses on Titan Eye + in Sion branch dated 31/10/2016 invoice no: BWH0006671 which was defective so they replaced me with some another one which one is more defective than the first one, I couldn't really understand why this is happening with me itself again & again I am really very much disturbed because of this i couldn't complete my studies Its an request please replace the both the frames & give the good ones as soon as possible & don't take it negligible if this issue doesn't get shorted I will go to consumer court The second innovice bill date & No is Date: 15/11/2016 Invoice no: BWH0006775 I hope so you understood my problems, I am attaching the files below kindly check the details & revert me soon Was this information helpful? | |||
