Respected sir today while we purchased a hp printer from croma store at bhayander opportunity max us mall we were given a commitment to give a black cartridge of ink with the printer from the sales person later we were said that they can't give us the cartridge so the store manager was called to solve the problem instead of solving the problem he was being rude to us & finally the cartridge wasn't given we are very unhappy with such kind of behaviour at such a very big store we feel cheated hope you could help us.
