This is regarding my complaint number CHN210515FS00004. I registered this complaint on 21st May. Till now I have not received any call from the Technician. Every time I call Croma Helpdesk, they say the issue will be resolved within 24 HRS...I guess they have a different meaning for 24 HRS..Is this the way how you treat your Extended Warranty customers. Hugely disappointed and I promise this is my last Croma product. Thanks. Was this information helpful? | |||
