[Resolved] Croma — Led tv noise issue | |||
Issue 1. Purchased led tv from croma aundh 25-apr-15 2. Noise issue faced in apr-16, complaint registered on 23-apr-16. Complaint no bow230416fs00074 3. Croma failed to notify to manufacturer samsung by 25-apr-16. On every follow-up got standard answer "we've informed the concerned team, they will call back" after too much followup and talk with sr. Member in croma customer care, croma notified samsung on 01-may-16 4. Samsung service technician said the product is out of warranty and any service would be chargeable. 2-may-2016 5. Called back croma 2 times, got their standard answer. When demanded to talk to sr memeber in customer care they simply said "no one available right now, will call in 2hrs" 2-may-16 and 3-may-16 6. Finally in absence of response samsung cancelled their service order 6-may-16 Solution required 1. Require the tv noise issue to be fixed immediately without any cost (Being warranty related matter) 2.
