Croma — Not ready to replace the defective piece as they have commited while purchasing | |||
Hi, I am Mayur Belekar, I have purchased a Croma LET TV, which is in the waranty period. While purchasing they told me that if in case any defect will occur in the product they will replace it. Now they are saying we dont have this product in stock so we can not replace this and i have cheked in other crome shops that model is available. Even they are not ready to refund.
