Hello, My Register mobile # against purchase is [protected]. Sandeep Poonia I Purchased IPhone 5S 16 GB for my cousin & i am entitled for the cashback of RS. 8000, But i have not received any cash back from you guys till yet. The sales person told i should get it within 2 months, but its 3 months now but still i have not get the cashback of Rs. 8000. I also called customer care [protected] & filed a complaint ( Complaint # SR[protected] ). They told be that i will get a call within 24 hours & get the cashback from you but very sorry to say i have not get any reply from any where. i called them today as well but still dont have any satisfactory answer. I am afraid i will not recommend anyone to go CROMA for shopping. Your sales guys makes customer fool.
