I had purchased a Croma 3G Tab 17.8cm CRXT1125Q, and its LCD is broken, I'm ready to pay for the part as it is my fault, but its been four months they are not providing the part. How can they sell a product without making parts available? And whenever I call their Customer Support they say that the concerned department will get in touch within 24 hours, which never happens. Please help me to find a solution
