Croma — power bank issue | |||
Few days before I have meet to Mr. Harish at Croma (Crown interior Mall, Faridabad) I have told him about the power bank issue (Invoice:SLF02A[protected] Zen Power Bank 2600mAH) that it's not working. He told me that this product is not of Croma so you need to go to Zen dealer. I went to dealer and he was not ready to replace the product. Now I tried multiple times to contact croma but no one is ready to listen for this. So please in this regards. Was this information helpful? | |||

God. I have the same issue. My Croma power stopped working and the store wouldn’t help out either. I’m disappointed, as it was the first thing from Croma after friend’s recommendation. The led lights turn on but it never really charges itself. Rs 2000 wasted. I bought another and that has the same issue as well. Lol Croma or zen, it doesn’t matter. The point here is I spent money to buy a product and it let me down when I needed it the most.
