[Resolved] Croma — Regarding 2.1 music system | |||
Sir, I purchased a Croma 2.1 music system with FM programme from Croma outlet. After 6 months the FM programme stops working. I took the system to your Croma outlet at Pacific Mall, Ghaziabad and their they sent it to your service centre and after two days they returned it with the remarks that FM programme cannot be repair as one of its part which was to be replaced is not available in the service center and moreover Company have stopped the manufacturing. Therefore, it is now lying idle in the house occupying unnecessarily space. I would request you that is there no way to replace it with another FM music system and I am ready to pay extra if necessary. Thank you S.B. After complaining about my 2.1 Speaker system you seems quite prompt initially but now I think you thought it is better to keep silent.
