[Resolved] Croma Retail — Order related concern | |||
Dear Team, This is in reference to the order no 237711, Invoice no SLA010EC0000077, I have ordered one memory card on dated 23.01.2016 with option available PICK FROM STORE.After online payment done successfully I got an invoice no SLA010EC0000077 and I was informed to collect the product within 48 hrs. When I had visit at mentioned STORE address GHOD DOD ROAD, CROSSWAY MALL, RAM CHOWK, SURAT, GUJARAT. I was waiting there since last 45 minutes but they just keep telling me that it is in process please wait.and after 45 minutes they just told that its out of stock and how is it possible that you got the invoice no. After that on Saturday dated 23.01.2016 I have lodged a telephonic complaint with Service Request No. SR[protected]. The executive told me to get a response a within 24 Hours but till today dated : 25.01.[protected]@10.50Am I have not got a single call.
