[Resolved] Croma Retail — Recurring problem in Croma AC without resolution yet | |||
Invoice#-SLF02A[protected] Product - Croma W/AC 1.5T-CRAC1078 3Star I have had complained about the AC that I had bought from Croma Retail centre, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, for more than 7 times in the last 6 months, including myself personally visiting the retail centre help desk twice in the last 15 days, but have not got any resolution to my complaint about very low cooling and water retention on its floor. Also, water keeps dripping inside the AC and that spreads across due to the fan inside. All these are still happening despite of several complaints. Please help me as I am getting frustrated now to the extent that I have started thinking of putting up a complaint in consumer redressal forum. Hoping for a quick & positive response.
