[Resolved] Croma — Delay in delivery and no refund | |||||
I ordered a croma headphones order no. SLA055EC0000242 with express delivery (100 rs extra charge) which official have 24 hr delivery time (As per their official website). It was a gift to my husband on his birthday but they did not deliver it in even 2 days. I make n no of calls and mails to customer support but they were not able to tell the exact position of my order. After that I puchsed headphones from outside and claim cancelation and refund for my order of on 22 Jan 2016. Today on 8 February the status is same neither I got my refund nor customer support gives me any satisfactory answer. This is the most pathetic online service I have seen ever. Feb 8, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved This is the same mail which I am getting from last 20 days from croma support. I haven't got even a single call from croma people. I need my money back. Or else I want to sue the company kindly tell me the ways to get rid of this pathetic company. Croma customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
