[Resolved] Croma Store — Repair of JBL Flip | |||
My sister purchased a JBL Flip from Croma Store Sohna Road, Gurgaon, Haryana. The product developed some problem and was deposited at the store on 4th Nove 2015 for repairs. We have called up the customer support at least 4 times and each time we get an answer that someone will call us back about our product. It has been 14 days now and no one has informed us anything about our product. There has been virtually no response from anyone at the service station or from the store. It has been a very bad experience dealing with the people sittiong at customer service. Was this information helpful? | |||
