Hi,

First i was highly irritated coz of your service now in the morning Mr.Vimal from Croma called told me it will your case will be resolved today plz speak to Mr.Vijay number [protected] WHEN I CALLED HE SAID I WILL NOT DELIVER ur TV first u get angry i will think whether i will give TV or not i have the phone recording for it and then he disconnected the line coz of your poor service and wrong commitments a customer wh has spend his money is not allowed to get hyper why coz ur employee don't like it and then u threaten the customer now be rest assured this will be lodged in police complaint against croma nd ur employee vijay pathetic people and service

i was supposed to get my TV back today as commited by croma employees now you are saying tommorow it will be attended tommorow is 15th august government holiday? what is going on can somebody give a clear picture of my Philips LCD then you guys say why customer gets annoyed and angry
