Croma — Worst after sales service | |||
I've bought 42" LED TV from croma Adajan Store. After 8 days still fitting is not done. I'm continuously doing follow up for the same since last 5 days, but only next day promise is being given by customer care as well as store. This the worst purchase experience i've ever had. product not delivered in time
We booked refrigerator on 27 Oct still product not delivered and intially it was said that will get the product in 3 days then extended to 30 day so far product not delivered it's more than 45 days no one is responding for DelayCustomer satisfaction rating Customer satisfaction rating is a complex algorithm that helps our users determine how good
