very surprising, till now (27.02.2015 ; 08.44 pm) croma people unable to give any feedback.

I could not understand how they people work.

DEAR ALL,

THERE IS NO RESPONSE FROM CROMA TILL NOW, WORST CUCTOMER CARE RESPONSE, NO UPDATES FROM THEM.

EVERY TIME WHEN I APPROACH THEIR CC, THEY FIRST PUT ME ON HOLD FOR 2-4 MIN. THEN THEY ASK TO WAIT FOR MORE 24 HOURS... THAT NEVER COMES SINCE 19.02.2015.

I AM ALSO FOLLOWING THEM ON THEIR MAIL ADDRESS [protected]@croma.com, THERE ALSO THE PROVIDE ME HO HELP.

very very poor response from croma,

wheneveir i make a call, they say they are forwarding it again. TO WHOM ...?

they always ask me to rest for 24 hours.

Trust your complaint with Croma has been resolved.
After a long waiting, an engineer visited on 24.02.2015 at 7.30 pm & told us there might be some problem with the panel & the led is to be sent to workshop for final check.
no one come to pick the led on 25.02.2015, dispite 03 confirmation from their side in this regard.

Finally today (26.02.2015) at 10.30 am my led is picked up by croma authorised person ( from sony center), but no feedback till now.
i approached Croma today at 07.50 pm, but they do have no feedback.

Till now ( 02.03.2015 ; 09.11 pm), there is no response from CROMA.

they people unable to give me any feedback about my LED. Really a WORST SERVICE RESPONSE.
