Crompton Greaves (Cg) — Poor service and fake commitment of crompton greaves

I, I have purchased 2 crompton greaves electric geyser from a distributor based out in gurgaon on 15/12/2013. After the lapse of one year i had raised the complaint about performance of the product and same has been resoloved as per process. but this year when i have started using the geyser, its not working well which compelled me to make a service complaint at the toll free of the company. From 26/11/2015 i have raised the 3 different complaints about the same product and i didnt get the complete resolution. Now i have raised 4th complaint on 15/12/2015 till now i didnt get the prompt response from service provider. the situation is so worst now that the geyser has stop functioning completely.
