Our complaint no. [protected] is still not solved, whereas we got a telephone call 30 hours ago and the person told that a technician will be coming to repair the pedestal fan. Instead of the technician coming to repair the product, i received an sms mentioning that the repairs has been carried out as per your satisfaction. Please do the needful to take necessary action against the authorities who sends sms without even visiting our location. Thanks & regards Was this information helpful? | |||||

The mechanical oilseal is not working in the jet pump model 1h:p JCP12A resulting in suction i;e water lifting problem. Also the fuelcock is defective ( thread is missing). The plastic valve is broken in jet assembly. Kindly rectify the pump at earliest to satisfy the customer.
