Crossroads — Daily calls | |||
I was a member of crossroads in 2015. This year when my card came up for renewal i received a call informing me of the same. I informed crossroads that i am not interested in renewal any more and they should update their records with this information. However even after repeatedly informing them of the same i have been receiving calls on a daily basis for the last two months. this is highly irritating and harassing for the customer. There should be some mechanism by which if a customer is not interested the customer should not receive calls on the same matter again. Was this information helpful? | |||
