[Resolved] Crusebeen.com — Refund of rs 20000/- | |||||
One day i got a call from crusebeen.Com and told that i am selected randomly for a contest for which i have to purchase rs 2499/- for registration. Also i will get product for same. I purchased and received the same. Again i was told my nomination is confirmed for honda amaze car as 1st prize for which i have to pay rs 20000/-. I denied, they assured me i will receive diamond 30cent, karbon mobile, he pen drive and intex power bank. I denied but they told me to deposit only rs 10000/- and the rest after receipt of product. I paid through shopon4u.Com but i was told that my file is struck for which i have to pay the rest rs 10000/- immediately, otherwise my previous money will be lost. With no option i paid again through shopon4u.Com. Now they are demanding again rs 30000/- and the product is not yet delivered. I have the nomination mail from company and order id's of shopon4u.Com. On 19 Jul 16, I got a call from Ms Puja regarding my complaints. All the issues faced by me were discussed. There was a communication gap. She apologize for the problem faced by me and assured me regarding delivery of products. I also got a verification call from the customer care for the products. My issues are being resolved. Thanks Miss Puja (Esc Dept) for your pro-active action and support. I will continue further shopping with crusebeen.com.

I received all items as told by company and products are genuine. Shopon4u.com is not connected with crusebeen.com. I mark my complaint as resolved.

one day i got a call from crusebeen member miss ishika verma regarding contest . and i pay 20000 regarding contest, she told me she refund my money in any parcel of 20000 . I think this on-line site is treatable site .and the contest organise coming soon.
