CSEB — July bill paid online not deposited in consumer account

Consumer no.[protected] in the name of Alok Mitra Electriity bill of 07/2015 amt 1720/- Above bill has been paid online on dated 09/08/2015 through Bill desk gateway from Allahabad Bank . Bill amount alongwith service charges of Rs.3.99 aggregating amount 1723/99 has been debited from Bank account. But no receipt has been generated. Bill showing outstanding in your account. Kindly guide me the course of action to be taken.
