On, 16th Jan, 2015, I had applied for Fresh Passport . At the time of online payment, It was showing a error. So, I thought, due to network error, payment was not made. So, I again applied and made online payment that time online payment made successful and generated Appointment Receipt also. But When, I checked in my bank I observed that money has been deducted for my first transaction also. Now I observed, two different ARN no and two Payment receipt with different Ref.
