Colour: Black

I purchased my bike from Dharti Honda Rajkot Black Colour but in bill it shows red and Dharti honda cheated me by spraying black colour on red bike. on RC book it shows Red colour bike. Once i complained to Dharti honda on behalf of that complaint they replaced bike's few body parts. i have given my rc book them to change that fault but they have done correction manually in 23 no. form but they refused to change in smart card. and once i talked to one of their engineering named mayur
contact no. +91 [protected] in ahmedabad Honda Office. he assured me to change that fault but after four months they done nothing. now he telling me that nothing can be done in this situation and misbehaviour with me.

I hope that you take some action immediately and resolve my problem.

I purchased my bike (Unicorn black) from muthoot honda Kochi (kattappana) since seven months back.now its central shock absorber is not working.someny times i complained to the service manager in kattappana showroom but he did not provide warranty or rectify this complaint.hoping that you will consider my complaint.
