Dear sir, I shakti vats owner of Honda CBR, purchased in March-2012, was taken for service at Raj pal Honda Bhopal, m.p nagar, Bhopal, The manager and the staff there maid the rear bracks of the bike distorted which also caused the damaged to the back break Discs. In spite of repeated visits to the workshop the authority there in stead of, repairing and servicing properly distorted the rear brakes, telling me that in due course it will set right, but again on several visit bracks did not set right, resultantly caused damaged the rear brake disc, the bike is still at the workshop station, I have paid Rs 800 for brakes, which were not set right, now they want me to pay for disc brake, Due to misguidance of the worker my disc got distorted, I gave my bike for servicing, it is there duty to perform there work but they did not and I have to go again and again to that service station due to which I feel mental disturbance, That service guy misguide me regarding the break plate due to which my disc got distorted, so ple tell me why should I pay ??? Why should I pay any amount with the fault of there, and why I am made a scapegoat, Ple take telephonic action So that I feel facilitated, otherwise I shall be compelled to move the local consumer court, Thanks and regards, Shakti
