Dear craftsvilla team, Detail for the product orderds is shipment code[protected] & track number is [protected] sent from surat from the Craftsvilla.com my name is Nita Sonnis & i am highly disappointed on the service & on the products sent by you. it is not at all matching the quality and designed shown on the catalog. very cheap quality product is been sent to me. it is not even stitched properly and very bad material is used by the sender. such a beautiful picture is shown on your site and ugliest product is sent to me i have attached the picture of your product image on sight & the product delivered to me yesterday that is 29th june 2015. kindly collect this product back and refund the amount back to me as soon as possible
