Cyankart — Refund for the products from their website

I ordered some products from this company against order number -CYN144674. I received the order but the quality of products was really pathetic.Thereafter, I made a return for the package by self shipping the product to company address for which i paid courier charges.But even after repeated calls company people have just offered me a gift card against courier charges(Rs 100).The actual amount (Rs 764) which i paid to buy the products have still not been refunded or offered to me in the form of gift card.Repeated calls to company just results in "all our representatives are buzy, we will call you back shortly" and there after i never receive a call.Also i would like to mention that the company policy is so wrong, they should refund the amount, but they just offer a gift card which is to be used in only there website and that to expires with in a month.It is like tricking people to first buy and then take their money by offering cheap quality products forcefully.Customer satisfaction is zero.Neither the quality is good nor the customer support system.
