Yes, I fully agree with this. I was also working with this colleague.
I have a salary pending of 44, 000. They didn't pay me for 6 months. They always used to give a cheque. But it will always bounce.
Still I have pending salary.. if they will give any cheque definitely it will bounce. Mr. Gobikichena ( The great operations head) will give one document as Pay slip. it wont use even licking. They will deduct PF and ESI from salary. But they wont to pay to government. If I asked PF and ESI number, simply he told me it will given on relieving time. But until today no one relieved with proper document from cybrus. Please think before any one to join this company. If an employee will give resignation letter. They will torture that employee until he/she run away from this company.
