As a consumer of Internet service what should I expect?????? I am paying the money and the Internet should work. Which has never the case since I get the service connection. Below is the Example What I have received: KK[protected]C 18/03/2015 Closed 19/03/2015 20 th and 21 st I was not at home kk[protected]c 24/03/2015 KK[protected]C 25/03/2015 KK[protected]C 26/03/2015 KK[protected]C 28/03/2015 KK[protected]C 30/03/2015 KK[protected]C 30/03/2015 We are sorry to inform you that we had applied for a Internet facility of your company in November, but due to some problems the Internet connection has never been constant. Because of which I am unable to do my work. I am very much frustrated with all these daily disconnection and calling the call center daily. The call-center agents have no information on what to do. They just raise a complaint and promise the technician visit. The technician never visit or never told about what is the fault. It is just fixed from outside and I just receive the text message Your complaint number KKXXXXXXXXXXXXXC as per FEEDBACK GIVEN BY you. WHO ASKED ME to CLOSE THE COMPLAINT?????? This is the daiky routine for the past 3 months since January. so we hereby request you to please refund my money. I have sadly referred few of my friends to get the Internet connection from I-ON as I get the kind of connection (IFITL) (Only in terms of technology used) I wanted. But the service has never being consistent and from now oN I AM NEVER GOING TO REFER MY FRIENDS. Now I have started maintaining the Excel of all the complaints so I can show you how frequently I have been calling. Know the fact that My phone was formatted on 05/03/2015 and I was not at home from 4 th to 18 th and all the past cases are deleted from my phone. But this is going way beyond the patience. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!!
