[Resolved] Dactum Solutions — Fraud | |||
I’ve worked for dactum solutions a data entry company in jaipur (Rajasthan). I’d an contract of 11 months with the company and gave security deposit amount as per agreement of rs. 3400. The company gave me a demo work of data entry which i supposed to complete and submit in within 15 days and i done as per terms and conditions. Now the company giving unnecessary errors of “space” which are not specified at the time of contract and that time i asked them for sample work which they refuse to provide and now terminated my contract. I asked them about these errors which are not specified earlier and they told me to submit work again which they send it for rechecking and supposed to reply me within 2 days(30.09.2014), after 3 days i called him and asked for report but he delayed. It had been 10 days now and still they didn’t send any mail about report, i called him many times but he delayed all time. At last when i called him and ask for report or refund my security money and after a long conversation, i told him that forcefully i have to complain in consumer forum after that he said now he will not send report and give amount and talked in unethical way and said “ do whatever you want to” so i want you to please help me to get my money back. Jun 14, 2015 go25lu's response bhai aap jo bhi hai mai aapko nhi jaanta...exam copy mai kuch likh ke aata hai tabhi to marks milte hai na...to answers books ke according hi likhta hai ya khud ke according...khud ke according karta hai to tujhe marks nhi milenge, ...vahi kaam tune yaha company ke sath kiya hai...unke accord ing kaam nhi kiya to paisa nhi kamaya...kaam khud se nhi hua or galti company ki bata raha hai baat karta hAI...

These guys are superfraud, the call you and ask you if that "If you are interested in becoming a FOOL, then join us by giving us Rs. 3400. And we have more fooling tricks for you aswell". The background of this company is as follows: This company was launched on 12 Dec 2013 by Mr. Ghanshyam Dixit whose cell no.is [protected] and email id is [protected]@gmail.com. I don't know why people opened such kind of fake work providing companies. Further more if you look his website it has a decent look but doesn't shows genuinity as the content is having typing error which cause it as a unprofessional look, the website template is also copy pasted check http://newthemes.themeple.co/maximushtml/. If you go to the data entry link from the menus under service and click one of the links on the page e.g. Online Data Entry Services it will redirect to some other website as http://www.dataentryoutsourced.com/data-entry-services/online.php which is not genuine. I beg you all guys and gals out there please don't get stuck in such scams. I know everybody wants to earn money but your greed can cost you alot. So please don't join this.
And as far as how they are getting these kinds of work, the work of data entry or other is already done by the real companies, like Ageis, Convergys, TCS and etc, their data people sell those data to these kind of companies (Dactum Solutions) and earn a lot from them. And these kind of companies use this data to earn money by fooling people like Abhishek Jhanwar or may be more. and they are still finding some more victims. so please please don't get involve in such kind of scams.

my self amit i want to say somthing. see dactum solution was ot a fraud company...mai poochna chaunga ki vo fraud kaise hai...aaap sabhi ko batana chahunga ki aap sabhi ne apna kaam sahi se kiya hi nhi company ki term and condition ke according aap kaam nhi karoge to company kyu degi aapko kaam ...vo aapko terminate hi karegi ...mai bhi kaam kar raha hu unki term and condition ke according or monthly earn bhi kar raha hu...bahut lambe time se...kissi ko koi baat clear karni ho so pls contact me...or sabhi se nivedan hai ki aap faltu ya company ke naam kharab karne wale blogs comment na kare...

Ok those who have earned money can they provide me the proof of payment and a copy of their work submission. Can Dactum Solutions provide you the company name for which they are working or from which company they get work?? In past I've also worked in these type of work. They get work from brokers not the companies who take commission and after that they will provide you the work...All those who got payment are the faked people.
Please don't believe them...becoz these types of scams are growing now and on in NCR region and i also belong to it and i know it very well.
