[Resolved]  Dainik Bhaskar — Irregularity and negligence behavior of newspaper vendor

Respected Sir/ Ma'am I am a resident of ashok vihar, phase - 4, Delhi (north west) i want to draw your kind attention towards the lazy and careless attitude of our area's newspaper vendor. His name is Rakesh and his mobile no. is [protected]. He never delivers newspaper (Dainik Bhaskar) on before 10 a.m. and i am facing this problem for 3 months. whenever i called him up He always said that he is unwell and not able to deliver the newspaper.
