THE DETAILS ARE AS BELOW AS PASTED BELOW MAILED TO IDEA CUSTOMER CARE PLEASE LOOK INTO THE SAME AND REERT BACK. Dear Concern, Would like to draw your kind attention that I have already made the payment for the activation of sim, [protected], but still after 7 days the sim is yet to be activated. Call received from idea call center executive Ms Pooja no[protected], 7 days ago for the activation of idea 399 plan, after handing over all the ids and address proof to the respective agent. One executive Mr Neeraj from Idea and another Mr Sanjay cell no[protected] confirmed the details telephonically for the activation in 3-4 days. Still am awaiting for the activation, and every time I made the calls they either say looking into it and later disconnect the phone, similar case is with Mr Neeraj (idea executive), not responding even after making repeated calls. Request Revert from Concern Executive for Activation...Really am fed up with idea team network.
