[Resolved]  Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam — replacement of meter

meter account no rt21-1068 meter no 5961224 Name Shri S M JAIN, MANAGER, PUNJAB NATIIONAL BANK, TALWANDI RANA DISTT HISAR(HR). Our bill for last several months was issued on average basis on the pretext that it is not working. when we take up the matter with dhbvnl authorites, we have advised for a new meter for which all formalities were got done. Receipt no. 80951 dated 7.2.14 was also issued. Since then, we are regularly visiting the offices, , but our meter was not replaced/installed till date. we do not know, for what reasons, dhbvnl JE is waiting. Our sources has revealed that they are waiting for some money. PLEASE HELP US TO INSTALL OUR METER.
