Damson — not getting support for warranty claim

I have bought a Blue Tooth headset for your web site of Damson Group and in warranty period its not working i contacted them they are refusing to check the product and not attending the call. They are tell to contact snapdeal but snapdeal people are telling that they cant do anything. what should i do...?
