I am facing the same issue. I have been calling them since the past two days. I made the order on April 7, 2015. Whenever I call them, they say the senior department will give me a call back or the refund department will give me a call back. I have seen several complaints online on similar fraudulent offer by daredeals. Finaly, today evening I was able to talk to one of their support personnel who said daredeals will be refunding my money, Rs. 6999/- within one month or 20 days
