They are fraud... Earlier too i made a complaint against them which was regarding bad product given. Then they looked at the matter coz i made a complaint. Then after that i called them many a times and they rudely replied that payment is returned to your account.
Told me that they have deposited refund against return... But i have proof of my passbook entries there is no such entry.. I want my money

I ordered a watch from Darveys.com & they promised to deliver it by 29th April. However, they were not able to deliver by 29th April. Till date also, i havent received the watch.

When i asked them not to deliver & refund my money, they denied & are forcing me to take it. They just informed me that the order cannot be canceled & i have to take it though they failed to fulfill the delivery as promised by 29th April....
