Data Link Outsourcing located in Palanpur, Banaskanth – 385001.Gujarat.. Is number 1 fraoud company to claim fake projects and money from customers and they provide expired software and they didnt provide proper QC report and proper payments and mainthing is the person who is maintaining this company doesnt know how to speak n talk with customers he is using worst language and cheap body language to customers

i have taken 6 seats from this person. they have accuracy policy. it is like you can never achieve that accuracy. i paid 56 thousand for seats and even i paid 60 thousands to my employes per month. i will not recommend any body to go for this work. this is totaly waste of money and time. never ever go for this work. And this man Mr. Vinu will talk to you very nicely first but after taking money from you his whole attitude will change and will talk very harshly.
i called him and i talked about this i said i am paying 60 thousand to my employes every month and i have paid 56 thousand to you as well. atlest return my half money as tha accuracy you demand nobody can achieve practically. and he replied to me "its none of my concern".
Mr Vinu is not fake person but this work is fake and they are earning from the registration amount and as well the work we submiting to them. they dont pay you even a single penny.
So friends is you dont believe me and make your mind for data entry work than first take only one seat. this will make you everything clear.
My only motive is to warm everybody across India. dont waste your money and time on this fake work. I will be launching a complaint too in consumer court regarding this company.

Mr pranav, You should commit that you were not able to achieve the quality as agreed in terms and conditions. You were pre informed in agreement with clear understanding of the terms and conditions regarding quality parameters. Company can not be held responsible for you not achieving the quality. Furthermore, the deduction of quality was made very clear in the agreement copy. Please refer your agreement copy before posting such posts that makes no sense at all.
Even you know very well the agreement you make is of no use. So stop fooling out peoole. The way yoi drag money from peoples pockit will not gona make you rich. You will get right punishment for this one day. 56thousnd doesnt make a big difference to me but the people who invest their last peny on your work will get more hurt because the accuracy perametrs cant be achieved ever by anyone.

your agrement even says i cant file a case on you from delhi. i have to come in gujrat for that. it was a nice trick to fool people again. cool. if cant file a case from delhi but i can file an RTI against you.

The company must prove these. If they can't, nobody believes. And no one will join in their company. It's compulsory to prove whether the company is genuine or not. How can the people like me wish to join in this company?
You have your terms and conditions in hand. If the project you have worked is according to these terms set, you get paid. You cannot ask for money when you have not even worked or either have messed with the project provided. This is a loss to us client as well since you wasted his time on the project.

Even if you achieve 80-90 % accuracy he will make your accuracy down to 50% by unethical ways and will not pay a single penny. Actually he is not getting any project from ANY COMPANY. He has preloaded 1000 to 2000 images which he sends to franchise in rotation. For five years he has been using these images for all poor franchise
I had taken the franchise for data entry work from ISO Certified Company called Datalink Outsourcing based at 1st Floor, Vaibhav Complex, Opp. Bihari Baagh, ABU Highway, Palanpur - 385001. Their ISO Certification No. is MSYS/0234/14
Mr Vinu Choudhary: owner of this company took Rs. 10, 000 from me for the franchise for providing data entry work (250 scanned images to convert into MS Word ) each month. After taking franchise I have made customers for him for which he taken Rs. 5, 000 from each customer for which he provided 250 scanned images for typing and the customers/typers have submitted their work within stipulated time. For each page he assured the customers to give Rs. 100 per page. But after submitting work to him he rejected the work even though the typers attained the accuracy of 95 to 99%.
