Datawind — Damaged product Received but not replaced

hello, i have ordered 1 ubislate tablet from Akash Tablet. after 7 days i got delivery of the product but when i opened it, device screen was completely cracked. i complained on techsupport of datawind to replace my product. they gave me a ticket id. 0324GT37296. but even after 20 days of compaining they did not gave me replacement. last time when i contacted them they told me that they have sent device from their side. and gave me awb no of device. but awb number shows item is delivered in delhi. i am from surat. how do i get device which is delivered in delhi? i told them about this but i got no response from them. i called on their customer care no but its dead. this company is totally fraud. cheating people legally. this company should be banned. i am continiously trying to contacted them but nobody cares to answer me.
