[Resolved] Datawind Innovations Pvt. Ltd — Received faulty product (TAB) and not getting replacement | |||
We have purchased TAB from Datawind Innovations Pvt. Ltd. Khasara 605 near Telco service station Vill. Rangpuri, New Delhi. 110037. Vide invoice no. :-AMJAVAS10031644 Dt.03.10.2013 with cash payment of Rs. 5299.00(Rs. Five thousand two hundred ninety nine only) on POD basis. When we unpacked the piece “screen of the TAB found cracked’ We have registered the complaint & received complaint no :- 1007MH3904. As per instruction from Datawind we have deposited our tab to their local dealer (Sai shopee, service centre. CA road, NAGPUR. MAHARASHTRA pin 440002) Vide D.N.no. 034 Dt.15.10.2013 for replacement dispatch no. given by dealer is :- LKAS MH009J59. Since that we are calling continuously but not getting any positive and confirm reply nor their dealer is in position to give any status. People from technical department are giving very irrelevant answers.
