Datawind — New Tablet is Dead

Dear Team, I register a complaint about my product 1 month ago but still nobody is replied... My tablet stopped working while i was working on it. Now it is not showing charging and while i tried to restart it, it doesn't works. Please tell me what i have to do. My IMEI no. are as follows:- [protected] [protected] I tried your technical assistance ph. no. too. But unfortunately, nobody is replied on this no. Can you please tell me what i have to do. Can you please replace this product. Thanks in advance

Also i tried your customer care no. but service is pathetic...no body is replying on this no.

Can you please make it fast coz already i have in waiting from the day when i bought this product.
