I have purchased a Datawind Tablet with the following details model- DW-UBT27CZ SERIAL- 20080XXX IMEI NO- [protected]XXXXX DATE OF PURCHASE[protected] On 15.10.2014 I have submited my tablet as it got some technical problem, to ZA MOBILES, LUCKNOW wih NO- RVSRN1410ZAM00286. Till today I have not received it back and every time when I call they say that our seniors will call you within 24-48 hours. But still no response.
