[Resolved]  DBS Infosoft Solutions Private Limited — Payment and Service Proving Complaint

DBS Infosoft Solutions Private Limited is our service provider for our company website www.kuveproducts.com. Mr. Neeraj Vats (Director) address # 487/36 | National Market, Peera Garhi, Paschim Vihar Delhi - 110087 | India. On the 1st of Oct 2013, I had deposited Rs. 12, 000 in their bank account for FIVE YEAR DOMAIN & HOSTING PLAN, but in 2014, my website suddenly shows me an error page saying, "Account Suspended". I called them up, asked them regarding our payments and our plan, but instead he demanded payment for the session[protected]. Neither he checked our payment entry, when we tried dealing the situation as adults, he just seemed to don't care about it at all. Now he is asking us for the deposit slip from last year, when he himself agreed to the payment when it was received in his accounts. It's his duty to maintain a ledger to track his payments. _____________________________________________________________________________ Now I asked him to either provide me with the authorization code to my domain or to cancel the domain registration, even tried calling him on his phone. But no answer. Now my situation: I lost my Rs 12000/- and loss in business due to a inactive website. You are my last hope, if this doesn't work out then I would be sure to understand that it's best to be a cheater rather be a honest person. Awiting for a POSITIVE responce
