Hello Sir / Madam, This is to bring in your kind notice that I had submitted the application for fresh Passport on 02.02.2016, but till date police verification is yet to happen from local PS (Beleghata). Request you to please activate & complete this process at the earliest. I would like to bring in your kind notice that I had submitted the application for REISSUE of my Passport on 07.04.2016 at PSK, Kolkata
But till date no police verification is initiated from your side. I myself DEBAJIT NAG staying under Parnasree Thana. My application with File No. Is CA[protected] under Normal Application processed at PSK on Date : 07.04.2016.
Current Status : Pending for physical police verification at respective Thana under DCSC Office, District Kolkata.
I've to travel abroad due to office tour end of July of the year.
So I would earnestly request you to look into the matter and do the required police verification at your earliest so that I can get the Fresh Passport within 21 days.
