DDA — Flat surrendered but not received refund

Dda lig flat in narela alloted on my wife's name. We surrendered that flat in feb 15. But we have not received our registration amount back yet. Its been more than five months i surrendered. When ever we go there to know the status of our refund they say it will come to your account within next 10 to 15 days because refund has been transfered to the wrong account and we will resend it. Four times i have visited dda vikas sadan office but every time the same answer. We reside in ambala and it is very tough to go to delhi (Vikas sadan dda office) every 15 days. Not only we, there are hundred of such cases who are not getting their registration money back. Please do the needful. My application no is 1700859.
