DDA Water Supply — Obsolete system of water pipelines have lead to unequal distribution n shortage in water supply

We the residents of sec-3/pkt-16/adarsh appartment, dwarka are facing acute shortage of water supply, some o[censored]shave not received water since last month.Rwa has lodged comlaint with dda but not resoved. Also rwa unable to sort out .Obsolete pipeline system and some points of water supply are not working (Presumed).
We request you to kindly solve this issue.
