Decathlon — Unavailability of store sense, respect towards customer and knowledge about the product

Recently I bought a RockRider 5.1 from the decathlon store in Bannerghatta. My seat and the seat post got stolen. That's why i went to the store to buy a new one. the people there didn't even know what i wanted and ignored us by telling "I don't anything about it". They didn't even know where i can get it. They refused tell the diameter of the cycle's post.
