Deccan Chronicle — No Paper Issued

I am living in Aditya nagar (Nellore). An agent from Deccan Chronicle Daily newspaper has come to our house and collected advanced subscription for a period of 6 months with rebatted rate and provided a bill. As per the bill, the paper has to be distributed from 11th Apirl, 2014. But I had not received the paper till date .Iam calling the dealer about this issue but he is saying from tomorrow you will receive paper. But no paper issued. From 10 days its going on.
